Drawings & First Iterations

Crafting a visual narrative, I develop a drawing that encapsulates the design direction. Initial iterations incorporate client feedback, refining the concept into a cohesive blueprint that aligns with their tastes and the project’s objectives.

Feedback & Subsequent Iterations

Client input is paramount. I actively seek feedback on design proposals, facilitating an iterative process that hones in on the perfect balance between client vision and my design expertise. This collaborative approach ensures the final design surpasses expectations.

Project Implementation

With a finalized design in hand, I orchestrate the implementation of the project. Coordinating with contractors and suppliers, I oversee the execution, ensuring every detail aligns with the approved design. This phase culminates in the realization of the envisioned space.

What is the cost of a consultation?

The cost for Arch City to take you on and deliver a valued consult and quote is $150. This is to make sure you are as serious as we are to bring your dreams to life. Our rate of of quote to contract awarded by customer is around 95%. Upon contract the $150 will go directly towards your buildout costs.

What role do clients play in the design process?

Client input is integral. We collaborate closely, from moodboard creation to iterations, ensuring the design aligns seamlessly with your vision and preferences.

How long does the design process typically take?

The timeline varies depending on the project’s scope and complexity. I ensure an efficient process without compromising on the meticulous attention to detail. Initial quote will be delivered within 3 days.

How are project budgets managed?

I work transparently with clients to establish and manage project budgets effectively. Payment structures are discussed during the initial consultation and are typically based on project milestones to ensure a smooth and organized financial process. For basic projects you can expect a down payment of 35% of all quoted work, then a 2nd payment halfway through completion for another 25% of the work then a final payment on completion of work for the 40% remaining.
